We want to make receiving your flowers as easy as possible, whether you're local or further afield. Please read the options below carefully before placing your order. Aththough your deliveries are included in the price for your convenience,we do offer local delivery options below if you prefer hand delivered.
📦 Postal Delivery (UK Only)
We offer FREE UK postage on all artificial tributes — the cost is already included in the item price.
We use DPD tracked delivery for reliability and a signature is required on arrival.
🟡 Please note: We do not post fresh flowers due to their delicate nature.
🏠 Free Collection (by appointment only)
You're welcome to collect your order free of charge from our workshop in DN17 3QT.
Simply contact us to arrange a convenient collection time if you would like to collect your flowers.
🚗 Local Hand Delivery – £5
Personal delivery is available within 5 miles of DN17 3QT for £5.
This includes Scunthorpe and the surrounding areas, and is suitable for all order types.
If your preference is to have your flowers delivered, please let us know.
Payment can be made to the driver upon delivery.
🏙️ Wider Area Delivery (up to 30 miles) – £7.50
We offer hand delivery to:
Immingham, Grimsby, Cleethorpes, Lincoln, and Hull for £7.50.
🔸 This service is ideal for larger tributes or full funeral orders.
🔸 We kindly ask that orders for wider personal delivery total at least £70. For small or keepsake items, please choose collection or postal shipping.
Payment can be made to the driver upon delivery.
🧱 Frames & Letter Tributes – Posted Separately
If your postal order includes a letter tribute with a frame, they will arrive in two boxes:

Box 1 – Letters

Box 2 – Frame
You’ll simply attach the letters to the frame on arrival — it's very quick and easy.
🔧 How to Attach Letters to a Frame

Insert the Bars
Push the long horizontal bars into the slots on each side of the frame. -
Secure the Frame
Ensure everything is pushed firmly in place. -
Attach the Letters
Each letter has clips on the back – line them up with the bar and push down until they click into place.
